SHIPPING + RETURNS
hamsini is committed to deliver your order with good quality packaging within given time frame. We ship throughout the week, except Sunday & public holidays. To ensure that your order reaches you in good condition, in the shortest span of time, we ship through premier courier agencies only.
Currently, we only offer shipping in India.
Shipping is free for all orders above Rs. 2500. For orders below Rs. 2500, we charge Rs.150 as shipping & handling charges. The same is added to your bill at checkout.
Orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies to all pin codes where courier service is supported by our logistics partners within 3 business days, or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation and Courier Company shipment delivery norms. Please note Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays are not set as working days for standard deliveries.
All orders are processed from our own warehouse in Bangalore, India. Our endeavour is to make the products reach you within 7 - 10 business days from receipt of payment. Products will be delivered to the shipping address mentioned at checkout.
Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package thrice before it is returned to us. Please provide your complete & accurate address including zip code and mobile number in the delivery address as it will help in making a faster delivery.
For shipping to India, we accept all major debit & credit cards (MasterCard & Visa) and provide Net Banking Option across major banks.

Orders once processed and shipped can be tracked using the consignment/tracking number on the shipping agency’s website. A mail is sent to the customer after the order is shipped with this tracking number along with the service provider information.

hamsini endeavors to ensure that every transaction at our website is seamless. We take great care in delivering our products and adhere to the highest quality standards. As a policy, we do not offer returns or exchanges on products which are delivered in perfect condition as per the order placed. However, if the product is wrongfully delivered (product doesn’t match the item in the order confirmation) or has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect then we are open to extending full refund or re-fulfilling your order.
To return or exchange a product or report a damage in transit please email us within 48 hours of delivery at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number, date of transaction, delivery address and image of the wrongfully delivered or defective item.
Our team will look into the issue and revert within 48 working hours.
Given the nature of our products, we reserve the sole discretion to provide the resolution to any situation as we deem fit. Each return or exchange request is handled on a case by case basis and we request you to get in touch with our team for prompt resolution. No refunds would be given if the customer has provided wrong or incomplete shipping address. Refund will not be provided after three failed delivery attempts by our shipping agency or if the package is refused by the recipient.
Products bought online cannot be exchanged or returned in store.
Products that have been ordered online cannot be exchanged. You can cancel the order & place a new order for exchange. Please see our cancellation policy.
Refunds will be processed within 7 - 10 business days* of receipt of the product by hamsini, provided goods are received in acceptable condition, as dispatched from our warehouse or receipt of request for cancellation of order. Refund method will be based on the mode of order payment, as follows –
Orders paid for through credit/ debit card will be refunded to the credit/ debit card
Orders paid for through net banking accounts will be credited back to the bank account
Orders paid for through other modes of payment will be refunded either through an account payee cheque in the customer’s name (as given in “billing name” at time of purchase), or an online transfer via NEFT to customer’s bank account
* Please follow up with your respective bank/ card issuer post completion of refunds process by hamsini, to check on reflection of funds in your account. In case of cheque refunds, additional time may be required to ship the cheque to the customer.
If you made a mistake when placing an order, you can contact us to cancel the order without any charges, provided it has not already left our warehouse (typically 6-8 hours). Beyond this timeframe, you may cancel the order with a 20% restocking fee. The balance amount will be remitted to your hamsini Credits account which will be valid for 6 months from date of issue.
Purchases made from a sale are not eligible for cancellation or exchange.
